At Rwema FA, we are committed to making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of young people across Rwanda through football. Our work goes beyond just training talented athletes; it is about empowering the youth, building communities, and fostering a culture of excellence and discipline.

Talent DevelopmentWe We provide intensive football training to enhance our kids‘ talents through the Rwema Football Academy (RFA), aiming to benefit them, their families, and the larger community.

Academic Support We offer coaching classes, life skills training, and essential school materials such as notebooks, uniforms, and school bags to our kids.

Mentorship & NetworkingWe facilitate the connections with industry experts, professionals, and mentors to expose our kids to various opportunities in football and other sectors.

Mental Health EducationRecognizing the challenges many of our kids face, we provide mental health programs to prevent early childhood mental health issues.

Career GuidanceWe provide career-focused guidance to our athletes to help them shape their vision from an early age.

Financial Literacy We aim to equip our athletes with entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy through training sessions.

Physical & Economic Activities We engage our young athletes in income-generating activities such as farming, handicrafts, cooking, arts, and others to promote their proactive development.

Feeding Program Malnutrition remains a challenge for many of our kids. Therefore, we have initiated a feeding program to promote physical health and well-being among our athletes.
